Job Description
PrimaHealth Credit is seeking an entrepreneurial account services professional to manage and build client relationships with elective care and outpatient care healthcare providers.
  • Facilitate the roll-out of PrimaHealth Credit’s patient finance solution to new provider accounts including training, and follow-up.
  • Build strong working relationships with our providers to grow the adoption of our products.
  • Work closely with providers to train and support office and administrative staff.
  • Expected to exceed customer expectations, to grow accounts, and to meet production goals.
  • Must possess a deep knowledge of our product offerings, platform, and rates.
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in elective care environments required (dental, orthodontics, LASIK, cosmetic surgery, or medical spa).
  • Strong ability to solve problems and identify possible customer pain points and needs.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding goals.
